Online booking form
Depending on the business area, format, and scale, the form is flexibly customizable:
- Fields can be of different types: text, email, phone, date, checkbox, number, date;
- All fields can be adapted to the business format: with minimal effort, the client provides the maximum necessary information for assessing the service.
- The form information goes to email and is added as a row in Google Sheets.
- An event is added to Google Calendar and a notification is sent to Telegram.
Google Sheets
All requests are automatically added to Google Sheets with all details:
- client name
- phone
- service
- date
- time
- comment
- booking ID
If needed, a separate client sheet with a contact database is created.
Telegram notifications
The Telegram bot sends a push notification immediately after a request is placed.
- All requests from all specialists can appear in a Telegram channel for the administrator;
- The administrator can notify staff in this channel.
- A separate bot can be set up for each specialist to notify them about their requests.

Google Calendar
All requests from all staff are reflected in Google Calendar.
- The administrator sees all bookings of all specialists.
- When the administrator confirms requests, it is convenient to plan and distribute the workload.
