Online booking form
Depending on the business area, format, and scale, the form is flexibly customizable:
- The category may be unused or hidden;
- All fields can be adapted to the business format: a procedure or an hourly-rental object instead of a service.
- The form shows only available hours and days, which is also flexibly customizable.
- Booking confirmation can be automatic or done by an administrator after clarifications.
Google Sheets
All requests are automatically added to Google Sheets with all details:
- client name
- phone
- service
- date
- time
- comment
- booking ID
If needed, a separate sheet containing the client database with contacts is created.
Telegram notifications
The Telegram bot sends a push notification immediately after a request is placed.
- All requests from all specialists can appear in a Telegram channel for the administrator;
- The administrator can notify staff in this channel.
- A separate bot can be set up for each specialist to notify them about their requests.

Google Calendar
All requests from all staff are reflected in Google Calendar.
- The administrator sees all bookings of all specialists.
- When the administrator confirms requests, it is convenient to plan and distribute the workload.
